The recital is taking place on an active military installation. You will need to be cleared by the United States Air Force to enter the base to attend the recital. Please fill in the form below and ensure your information is accurate.
Base Access Form
Effective May 7, a Real ID will be required for base access following federal guidelines. If you don't have a Real ID, don't stress!! You have options. Here are the three easiest options.
On the day of recital, bring your regular Driver's License with:
1. Passport
or
2. Original Birth Certificate and Social Security Card
3. A federally issued form of identification
